welcome

On behalf of SEABCS 2018 organising committee, we are honoured to welcome you to the 3rd Annual South East Asia Breast Cancer Symposium, 3-5 August 2018 at the Pullman Hotel, Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Our Symposium theme “Patient Centred Care”, is particularly appropriate for the Region which has a number of underlying issues needing both discussion and deliberation. The objectives of SEABCS 2018 are to attain knowledge and skills on the latest information and innovations surrounding breast cancer, increase capacity for breast cancer management and improve quality of care for breast cancer patients. We have selected a venue that promises not only a suitable location for a focused three-day session, but also an opportunity for participants to indulge in the rich cultural heritage and lifestyle of Sarawak which is uniquely different from the rest of Malaysia. We hope that you will find the Symposium valuable and enjoyable, where you will have the opportunity to network with clinicians, nurses, cancer survivors, patient advocates as well as government and non-government personnel.
